Research Interests

During my career, I have had several research interests, including pulsars, the interstellar medium (stuff between the stars), and the potential for detecting extraterrestrial technological structures through planetary transit light curves. The majority of my current research focuses on how radiation pressure affects large, lightweight mirrors orbiting exoplanets. A brief outline of my research activities (past and present) is given below. Follow the links to learn more about the ideas and projects in each topic.
