CRITIQUE:

This was not a very good agreement.  Yes, you negotiated the number of independent study projects down to six, and you got a raise from the 25th percentile to the 35th percentile; however, you still have a VERY heavy teaching load.  Perhaps you should try again to see if you can do better.  Click here to try the simulator again.
