OK...If it will 'get the deal done' then I'll agree to pay you at the 33rd percentile.

 

To summarize, here is the contract package we have agreed upon:

**Two guaranteed trips to conferences each year for two years

**$1,000 for software to analyze data

**$10,000 for hardware (i.e., special computer processor and other equipment)

**A nine-month salary at the 33rd percentile

**Required to teach four summer sessions, none of which count toward your teaching load

**Five-day a week teaching schedule.

Critique:  While you got two guaranteed trips to conferences and a valuable hardware and software allowance, overall this was not a good agreement for you.  Your teaching schedule is quite heavy and your salary is not very high.  Click here to play again to see if you can do better!
