Dean Jones says:

"It seems we have an agreement!

Here is the contract package:

**TWO guaranteed trip to a conference each year for two years

**$1,000 for software to analyze data

**$10,000 for hardware (i.e., special computer processor and other equipment)

**A nine-month salary at the 53rd percentile

**Required to teach only two summer sessions, none of which count toward your teaching load

**Two-day-a-week teaching schedule.

**Research assistants under the following conditions:

Year 1:  You get one graduate research assistant and you supervise one undergraduate research project.

Year 2:  You get one graduate research assistant and you supervise two undergraduate research projects.

Year 3:  You get two graduate research assistants and you supervise four undergraduate research projects."

Critique:  Not a bad agreement...What did you (and Dean Jones) say to get this agreement?  Did you use any course techniques?  Perhaps you want to play again to see if you can get an even better deal.
