1.  "I absolutely won't go higher than 35%."

2.  "Ok...I will accept 70% higher enrollment."

3.  "What if I do accept 70% higher enrollment.  Can I get a bigger software budget in return?  I was thinking that I would need $1,500 for software to do data analysis."
