"I'm already down for teaching five days a week.  I think that is very helpful to the college. However, it is a sacrifice for me, because it eliminates any 'big blocks of time' for writing or doing research.  To better manage my time, do you think I might have one of the following?

(a) a graduate student to serve as a 'grader'

(b) small class sizes

(c) I give only multiple-choice tests
