"Your offer to teach two off-session classes is good, but it won't be enough to meet our student needs.  I'll need you to teach more students, either by teaching larger classes or by teaching more sessions -- or both.  Are you willing to do those things?"

How will you respond?

"I'm already down for teaching two days a week.  I think that is very helpful to the college.  To better manage my time, do you think I might have one of the following?

(a) a graduate student to serve as a 'grader'

(b) I give only multiple-choice tests
