These are the terms of the contract package:

 **TWO guaranteed trip to a conference each year for two years

 **$1,000 for software to analyze data

 **$10,000 for hardware (i.e., special computer processor and other equipment)

**One graduate research assistant for one year

 **A nine-month salary at the 44th percentile

 **Required to teach one summer session, and it does not count toward your teaching load

 **Three-days-a-week teaching schedule for Fall and two-days-a-week teaching schedule for the following Spring."

Critique:

This agreement was not very good for you.  You only got the minimum amounts offered for software and hardware and you only got a graduate assistant for one year.  Your salary was below average.  However, there were a few bright spots:  You got two conference trips and you only have to teach one summer session.  Click here to play again to see if you can get a better agreement.
