"Certainly.  What is your specific concern about teaching for three summer sessions?"

How will you respond?

1.  That is really going to "cramp my style."  I'd like to take a vacation sometime!

2.  That is really going to hinder my ability to write. I need big blocks of time to write academic papers.

3.  Could you please first explain why you would ask faculty members to teach three sessions in the summer?  I'd be very interested to learn the rationale behind this part of the proposal.
