Critique:

This was a pretty good agreement for you. You got a good salary.  You got the maximum for software and a pretty good amount for hardware.  However, your teaching load will be quite heavy, especially when you consider that you will be supervising five independent study research projects per year!  Try again to see if you can get a better deal.
