"Faculty stage manager Laurie Kincman is to be applauded for an apparent flawless calling of a show filled with hundreds of very specific and precise sound and lighting cues. I was amazed at the level of precision in which the sound and light cues were called in conjunction with both verbal and non-verbal actor reactions – and was not surprised at the end of the show to find out that indeed a professional stage manager was at the helm of calling this production. I applaud Laurie on setting an incredible example for the students under her guidance and mentorship by calling a show in a manner that is nothing less than that expected at a major professional theatre. Bravo on helping to integrate the powerful sound and lighting designs of this production – and on calling a show in manner in which I was able to become completely engaged by the "magic" of sound and lights in helping to tell the story."
