1.    It is good...I will accept your kind and generous offer.

2.    Suppose we agree to a sliding formula:  The more revenue I generate for the college, the higher my salary...Then our incentives align.  How does that sound?

3.    It is good.  I will be even better if you throw in an annual membership in a professional organization.  It costs about $300 per year.
