        Instructions

        First, play the "New Hire" simulator using the link below.  The simulator is self-contained;

            outside research via other websites is unnecessary.  Document your outcomes

            (e.g., take a screen shot of your final agreement). 

        Second, use all parts of the Web-Based Negotiation Tutorial, linked below. 

            Feel free to take notes of important concepts.

        Third, play the "New Hire" simulator a second time using the link below. 

            Document your outcomes.  Did you get a more favorable agreement

            after using the Web-Based Negotiation Tutorial?  Hope so!!!
